I'm kicked out of the round in Fortnite, why?

I've been playing Fortnite for a long time and have never had any problems but now if I want to play BR or RDW I'm kicked out of the round or I can't get in and then it says: Network connection aborted.

I have tried sooo much but it never helped. For all other games, such as Minecraft or Battlefield V works though. My internet does not crash because of YouTube or so on.

I really need help after all, I have already spent over 500 euro.

Shortly to clarify the problems I have since the season 7

Now at your request.

Did you already contact the support for that?

It may be that a temporary ban has been pronounced against you. Ask the support and describe the situation.
When reinstalling you have also deleted the Epic Launcher? It is quite possible that he made a mistake, which should not happen.

Thanks for your quick reply.

My problem is that I usually do not come around in the round. Sometimes I make it in the round but after a short time I get a freeze and will be sent back to the lobby with the message:

There was a problem. Network connection aborted

That's why I do not think I was banned. Now also reinstall the EpicLaunchers. I have even reissued my entire PC because just stuck in this game over 500 euro.

Do you have any other suggestions?

El

I just contacted the support, they already know XD

I'll let you know as soon as I know something new.

El

So I'll bite again. From support came only nonsense, see below.

But I have a direct contact person I'll go to.

Thanks for contacting Epic Games' player support!

- If you have received an error message about your connection to Epic Games, login to Fortnite, or other server-related errors, please first visit the server status page: https://status.epicgames.com/. It could eventually be that the server is only temporarily unavailable.

- If all servers are listed as "Operational", then they are all available and the problem could be with your network or your connection. Read this FAQ article to learn more about network issues: https://epicgames.helpshift.com/a/epic-games-store-and-launcher/?s=epic-games-launcher-general-troubleshooting&f=network-connectivity-troubleshooting&p=all

If you still have problems, please contact your internet service provider.

This is an automated answer to your chosen topic.

So Mike now the message of my internal worker I hope she helps you:

It may be possible that the router or firewall is preventing the connection with Fortnite. Please open the ports required for playing on the Fortnite PC:

Fortnite PC

TCP: 5222, 5795-5847

UDP: 5222, 5795-5847

-

Fortnite - Playstation 4

TCP: 1935, 3778-3480

UDP: 3074, 3478-3479

-

Fortnite - Xbox One

TCP: 3074

UDP: 88,500,3074,3544,4500

-

Fortnite - Switch

TCP: 6667,12400,28910,29900,29901,29920

UDP: 1-65535

If you have problems unlocking the ports, I ask you to search Google for "Fortnite Port Forwarding" and follow the instructions you find there. Important: As a rule, you will need your router name, the exact name of your router is usually written on the back of the router's label.
