Good monitor at about 150Euro?

So, as described, I'm looking for (M15) a good monitor to about 150Euro, max 200Euro and put great value on image quality. I do not have much space and sit very close to the monitor (about 30cm between my head and the screen) so 24-27 inches would be ideal, I would prefer a 21: 9 monitor because I often program but no space for a dual Monitor Setup hab, in addition, the resolution FHD (1080x1920) or at 21: 9 FHD + (1080x2.560) amount. In addition, I would need AMD FreeSync and a little more than 60hz would not hurt synonymous, z.b. 72Hz or so.

It is of course understandable if not the Perfect Monitor can be found but I would be happy if you could recommend me models that meet much of these criteria. Thank you

Here again everything summarized:
Max Monitor width: 70cm (not to be confused with the diagonal)
Desired resolution: 10801920p / 10802560p
Desired aspect ratio: 21: 9
Price range: about 150Euro (max 200Euro)
Connection options: HDMI (Displayport does not hurt either)
Scope of application: Programming, cutting videos, producing music,
Play games that are not only shooters
(eg Minecraft, Robocraft, DSO)
desired Hz: 60/60 +

Screen I had in the sights (72Hz synonymous wenns net is)
72Hz | FHD | 27 "| 16: 9 (only minus point) | FreeSync

If 21: 9 then 27 "- otherwise you are missing the height.

But if you are close to the computer sits - possibly 24 "16: 9 plus a 19" in 4: 3 to no option? Or too little space at the table?

Dr

Too little space because I can only put 1 monitor on the table and holders that hold the 2nd in the air are not attachable to the table
