Fullscreen on wrong monitor?

I have a problem and sometimes (not always) when I want to put a game like Minecraft on my main monitor on fullscreen then I get a blackscreen on the main monitor and on the other monitor it opens in fullscreen but the mouse stays on the main and i control the game so on the main although the game is running on the zewiten monitor. But what I do not understand is that it sometimes runs normally on the main monitor in fullscreen.
