Is it your server? Then look into the console and copy the error log here (as it says there). Then we can help better.
If it is not your server, contact the admin.

HM okay. Do you have access to the server folder? Via FTP or something like that. I mean the folder where the "plugins" folder is.
There's a file called "server.log". There's the error in it.
Ideally once on https://hastebin.com/...tebin.com/ or similar. Post and send here.
