I have a new screen that is 34 inches ultrawide and has a resolution of 3440x1440. 3440x1440 is now automatically selected in all games, but every game, except Minecraft in CSGO, has black bars on the left and right across the entire screen. My graphics card is an AMD RX5700XT. Do I have to change the graphics settings on the PC or something?
Multiple games may not support ultra-wide.
In some online games this is deactivated (mostly in shooters) so that you have no advantage.
I solved the problem, it was my mistake, the main menus are probably always 16: 9, only ingame it scales to 21: 9😅
