Why does it snow so weird in minecraft?

For me it snows like this:

Don't you see these lines made of snow blocks? It is clear to me that the "pixels" come from taking pictures!

The snow block lines were not created because of that! I can even take it down!

Nope! As far as I know there's no beta version on nintendo switch and I have never jointed one on nintendo switch!
