What is better? Minecraft snow golems or iron golems?

What do you all mean? Which do you think would be better? Snow golems that make snow on the ground and throw their opponents with snowballs or iron golems that hit their opponents and throw them in the air? (Iron golems have much more lives than snow golems)

Iron Golems always run away from me. Snow golems can lock you up and they can still attack through a slot through monsters.

They're always locked up in cages like that at looters outposts, right?
