My Minecraft account was hacked and the email was changed.
If I want to reset my password via email, I don't get an email.
I wrote to support, but after 10 days still no answer.
How long does it take for the answers?
I can't give you an exact period, I don't know what the capacities at Mojang currently look like.
Note that Covid-19 also plays a role in answers, certainly not all supporters will be on site, which leads to significant restrictions.
It would be best to wait, after all, everyone wants to stay healthy.
Otherwise, look in the email spam or advertising folder, password reset emails often end up there too:-)
If it takes you too long, you could buy a new Minecraft - I know it's a stupid option, but it would be. (Only to be chosen at the very end).
For me it took 2 months

There's no Minecraft phone number (for customers) - I also doubt that anyone would answer it. (= more work) :-D
I know it's annoying. Did you write down with the help of a support ticket or just to the e-mail?
