GPU is not fully used?

I built a pc with rx 5700 and ryzen 5 3600 a while ago. When I play Minecraft with a shader (renewed) I only get around 100 fps, but according to msi afterburner the graphics card is only used to 60-80%. The processor's load is even lower, so it is not a bottleneck. I have a 1080p 144Hz monitor, so I would really like to use the 144 fps.

Your CPU will never be fully utilized, because Minecraft can only use 1 CPU core
