Minecraft error? Rr?

So I can open Minecraft normally and play theoretically too, but if I then try to press F11 or stop at full screen this error comes up: 'java.lang.IllegalStateExceptio… What can I do about it? (I completely uninstalled it in% appdata% did nothing)
I forgot something, the error only comes from RLCraft that I open from Twitch.

Try opening Minecraft as an administrator. (Right click -> Open as administrator)
