The RAM is a bit lame for Matisse (3.2GHz native and up to 3.6GHz, the clock rate of the infinity fabric scales 1: 1 with the memclk), the hard disk has a very unsuitable QLC NAND memory for a system disk and there are no graphics cards yet OEM versions with useful cooling concept, the radial fan is much too loud and just enough to cool the non-XT version.
So 3.2-3.6GHz fast RAM, a disk with MLC or TLC memory and either wait for the graphics card to appear decent partner cards, take the non-XT version or an alternative from Nvidia (for example, 2060 Super). Board, CPU, PSU can do well, housing is a matter of taste.

They are better for streaming and even better if you want to stream & play on the box. If you just want to gamble then the Ryzen 5 is enough, but as I said once it goes in the direction of steaming… Then minimum Ryzen 7 2000er.
Depends on how you stream. With GPU based encoding (NVENC / VCE) the CPU is hardly loaded.
