I'm currently putting together my setup and wanted to find a 240Hz monitor. But now I've found two that look pretty much the same, but different prices and a few differences. Now I don't know which one is better. Mainly wants to play shooter on it. And Minecraft.

Is the extra charge of 60 euro worth it or are they an unnecessary feature?
The surcharge is worthwhile especially from the design of the stand.
