I have a problem i have a pretty good gaming pc (and lyzeen 5 2300, 16gb ram, gtx 1660) and i can play minecraft with 1200 fps perfectly when i start obs i still have 100 fps but sometimes it gets good when I move the mouse the upper part of the picture further back than the lower part.
You have to optimize OBS on your PC, otherwise stutters can occur again and again with me it was the same, you just have to adjust it, correct settings, etc. You can't record a game with more than 60FPS anyway.
