Strange graphics on my PC?

I recently bought a new PC and screen. However, I have the problem that with some things the FPS just seems damn low.

The PC isn't that great, but it should only work for Minecraft and Rocket League for the most part. Strangely enough, however, in everything I do up to now, whether I'm just on Discord or whether I'm playing Minecraft now, I have very strange graphics, because I'm always shown 500 FPS, but it doesn't feel like it at all also only rudimentary 100 FPS. In addition, with Minecraft especially the picture always bends so strangely and always pixelates in a short (i.e. When I turn).

So I thought that it might be due to a driver software or something, I already checked for updates and checked all drivers. Everything works fine. What is strange now is that with Rocket League (and so far I have not found any other program where that is) the graphics are perfect and the FPS is also far better.

I could very well use help, because my eyes are hurting with the graphics…

Here are the most important components of my PC:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3500X
Graphics card: GTX 1660 Super
Mainboard: Asus Prime B550-Plus
Screen: Samsung U28E590D

The thing about the FPS is because the monitor only has 60Hz. Unfortunately, I can't help you with the other problems: /

How do you know the monitor is only 60hz?

I don't know how much Hz your monitor has but I had the problem that my monitor had 75 Hz but according to the graphics card driver a limit for 60 hz / fps was limited.

Nevertheless, every game showed me to have more fps and there were always short wobbles as you described it. Only when I changed it in the geforce Center did I recognize it and it also solved my problem.

Maybe it will help you. C

I checked it out.
