Minecraft jerky in 3 seconds tact?

I have the problem when I play Minecraft, Singleplayer and Online,

that my minecraft hangs after a certain time, 5 seconds still image.

Then it works again, and then there are still pictures in 3 seconds intervals.

CPU between 20-50%

Memory 57%

GPU between 60-97%

It jerks despite the fact that I can have over 1000FPS
