I would soon like to grow a gaming PC because my gammel computer only Minecraft on the series gets and even Minecraft only with 30FPS, I have a budget of 1500 euro. So my question which compilation do you recommend me? Personally, I would like to have a 1080ti installed because I want to play GTA5 and record synonymous and since you are well-secured with a 1080ti for the next years first. I would also like to stream and there's the CPU very important.

Of course you can also replace the GraKa by a 1080ti, then it will be cheaper, and you still have the + - 100 euro for the Zusammanbeu, eg at mindfactory.de, if you do not want to do it yourself
500GB SSD is a bit low, besides, I would bet for the money on a Ryzen 7 2700x, which is more future proof!
The CPU is too expensive, the r 5 2600 is almost the same and it's much cheaper
The PC here is just right for you. The CPU is ideal for streaming.

The word "future proof" should not be used with computer hardware, it does not exist there. If you have a time frame of 3-4 years, then I agree, but even the best and most expensive system outdated quite fast.
With this budget you will definitely get a PC that meets your needs.
I would advise you to this PC:

There's a Ryzen 5 2600 and the top current RTX 2070 installed. Of course also 16GB RAM and a SSD. This is an optimal system for recording, rendering and everything else that is not a problem. Of course, the PC is also future-proof, as one of the newest available graphics cards is installed here.
The PC costs a total of 1270 euro. If you really want to exhaust your budget, you can also choose the RTX 2080 on the side. This is a best current graphics cards. Theoretically enough, however, the above setup for everything you need.
I ask you not to take my quotes out of context! I said "Future-Proof", aka: that's enough for playing longer, not that it will last an incredibly long time! Future-proof, I associate 5 years or more, but that was not the case here. After all, a Pentium 4 is faster than a Pentium 2, but both are not fast!
