No, the Bedrock Edition has to be purchased separately, on each device. If you have the Bedrock Edition on e.g. A mobile phone you still have to buy it again, and if you have the Java version, you also have to buy the Bedrock separately.

Not quite true; If you have the Java edition long enough you will get a code for the Windows 10 version
