Minecraft on MacBook? - 1

I got a MacBook Air 2017 yesterday and also have an iPad Pro (1st generation) and iPhone 7, both of which have Minecraft installed. Can I download Minecraft like here on the Macbook, should I print or Java or can I download it here for free because it is already installed on the iPad and iPhone? And if how? Could you download the Java version and the bedrock version at the same time, so that you have both? On the iPad and mobile phone it is the bedrock version via the AppStore. If I can't download it here for free through the purchase I already have, is the print or java version worthwhile? I'm currently playing with a friend who has Bedrock on the iPad, but my best friend and a few others have Java. For info. I'm signed in with my same Apple ID here, on the iPad and on the iPhone.

Minecraft always costs something. Even if you already have it on your iPad or mobile phone.

The Minecraft Bedrock Edition is not available for MacOS. It is only available for Windows 10.

With Bootcamp you could (additionally) install Windows 10 on your MacBook. You will have to buy the Bedrock Windows 10 Edition again.

Only the Minecraft Java Edition runs on MacOS. If you don't already have the Minecraft Java Edition, you'll have to buy it. The Java Edition can be played on Windows, MacOS and Linux with a one-time purchase.

On Windows 10 you can also have the Bedrock and Java version installed at the same time.
