Recently my e-mail address and my minecraft account has been hacked, my e-mail address is back, but my minecraft account has changed the e-mail, which I notice that I do not get a password reset request. Mojang sometimes needs a bit with the mails because of IP lock (too many logins etc.).
If it has not arrived after an hour, you should contact the support with a proof that you really had an account or that the account belongs to you.
If the email has been changed, it is off.
(So with most, you can still try it with the mojang support)
