No, this is not possible. Mojang does not allow cross-play.

Not with the Java Edition, only with the Bedrock (Windows 10) Edition.

No. These are two different versions.

There's Bedrock and Java. Java is written in Java and is the most advanced. The others (Bedrock) are written with C.
