May I upload minecraft pe on youtube if article 13 is there?

I do youtube and would like to know if I can upload minecraft pe if article 13 would be used?

Depends on what is in Article 13 then in there.

Can't say yet because it takes a few more years until it is implemented. But it could be that no more let's plays would be allowed in the EU because you do not have the rights to the game. Maybe the video goes online but nobody in Europe can see it.
