Upload 4netPlayers Minecraft Server Map?

I have a Minecraft server from 4netPlayers. You can upload mods and a map in the FTP program.

My problem: When I upload all world files to the "world" folder, entire folders (playerdata, region…) are not uploaded.

So how can I upload a map?

Is not a program but on the server start page at "FTP"

You should urgently use a program… Already because of its usability…

Filezilla is pretty good at that…
