Mining stone onehit with a pickaxe?

Me and my friend have the best pickaxe in the game (efficiency 5, luck 3, repair and durability 3) in Minecraft + a beacon in a hurry

Now my problem. With many YouTubers, the stones one hit can be removed very, very quickly with the Pickaxe
