Hello today it should be about Minecraft and its two versions.
Minecraft: Java Edition (PC only) and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition (Crossplay)
which version would you choose and for what reason?
Would you switch from the Java Edition to the Bedrock Edition?
I prefer to play Java. Sure, there are a few advantages of the Bedrock edition in terms of design and so on (poses of armorstands can be changed without commands, potions can be put in kettles, etc.), but I just think it's better how to play in the Java edition. I think it's good how easy the Java edition is to use and that it makes it much easier to be even more creative thanks to the better handling of command blocks and mods. Redstone also has some differences from Bedrock to Java, and everyone has to decide for themselves, but I think the Java edition is a bit better there too
I'm just a bigger fan of her, because you don't have the best servers in the Bedrock version and most of the players are not the yellow of the egg either xD.
I'm also a big fan of add-on clients like Badlion Client, with which you can get very useful modifications, which is not possible with the Bedrock version because it has no open code
Today it's about Minecraft and its two versions.
The question arises here almost every day. On some days even more than once.
Thanks for the hint. To be honest, I didn't pay attention to that.
I think the Java edition is much better. Not only because it is cheaper, but because the following arguments convince me:
More texture packs
More mods
More shaders
More servers
Better control (in relation to the IOS and Android versions)
In addition, for a while you got the Bedrock Edition for free when you bought the Java Edition. I don't know if it's the same today. Even if you don't like the Java edition, it would be smarter to buy it. Of course, there are also advantages to the Bedrock edition.
