I read a post that said there's minecraft on the Nintendo switch (i.e. A Nintendo switch lite a turquoise that you can play with in your hand as with a controller, sorry, I'm not familiar with it and have only just received one) , is that true? If so, does anyone know where I could buy this? And could I play multiplayer there or log into my account?

in the Nintendo E-shop. You will then receive the game digitally.
