How do I install Skyblock in Minecraft Java?

Do you have a good skyblock map for me? If so, how do I install it so that I can play it? In which folder do I have to move them then?

One Block Challenge that's something like skyblock, you just have to survive with an infinite block that can spawn all 982 items
