Minecraft Optifine with GeForce MX150?

I have an Acer Aspire 5 A515-52G-53PU with 8gb of RAM and Intel UHD Graphics 620 + GeForce MX 150 at my house. I installed mine for Minecraft Optifine and it still resides.

Can someone tell me how to set the graphics for Minecraft so that I can play Minecraft fluently?

You will not be able to play it smoothly.

But I ask what settings should I do so I can play it smoothly.

No way. Although Minecraft is a bit of a power-hungry game, it will not be able to play it smoothly. Not even remotely.

I've set the chunk load width to 8, and it's mostly fluid. I also tested 2 chunks and that was disgusting; I could not see anything.
