4 cores are not ideal for this, but Minecraft still works because MC doesn't use many cores.

Based on your previous questions, I assume you don't have the CPU yet, right? Therefore, I would rather recommend a Ryzen 5 1600AF or Ryzen 5 2600.

It has less single-core performance, but the two additional cores bring you a lot when streaming.
