With such a processor you can play Minecraft with shaders and texture packs at 120 fps. So loose should be enough.

Shaders and text packages probably less, because, as far as I know, the graphics unit or graphics card is more stressed than the processor

If you want to buy it, you should probably buy a 3600. If you have an internal graphics unit, a 3400 would work.
