Minecraft Realms is not working?

The problem is that the used e-mail address (in your Minecraft account) is not old enough. You have to enter the age of a full-year to use the service. The easiest way to create a new e-mail address, specify the wrong age (born in 2000) and sign up again.

You do not have to pay anything if you already own the account. You have the following options:

You log in to the account where I shared the link above and see that you can change your age or the email address you have entered. (If necessary, contact Support)
You create a new account using an e-mail address that is 18 or older.
