Does this cactus farm work on Hypixel?

I'm currently building a cactus farm on Hypixel (in Minecraft). I'm still at the beginning and I'm not sure if it will work. So I wanted to ask if this farm works on Hypixel at all. It works in single player

Naturally. All vanilla farms work there too.
