No, there's no such thing. Gaming laptops only start at 700-800 euro. Most laptops for less than 500 euro are only intended for office and multimedia use.
Why 300 FPS if you don't have a panel that can display 300 FPS anyway? For 500 euro completely wrong ideas. But in principle have a look at the price segment on Ebay.
