I found an HP laptop. (HP 15). This laptop has an AMD dual-core E2-9000e processor with 1.5 GHz base frequency. By a burst frequency go also 2.00 GHz.
The graphics card is an AMD Radeon R2.

Minecraft will go on the HP 15 laptop. I do not know if it's 60 fps.
