Laptop for working / gambling?

I'm actually a PlayStation player but now I wanted to grow a PC or laptop again.

My old laptop broke down about 2 years ago (double virus) and I'm not sure I've got a new one.

I just got one from work at home on it but I can download bad steam.

So now to the question…

I've already learned a bit but I'm not really a fan of these gaming laptops because…

the designs have fallen to zero (Omen, Prededator, …)

so not the colors but these fat screen edges and these 10 cm thick keyboards.

I know these are so thick because of the hardware that makes this performance possible!

And for another, the prices.

My old laptop cost 650 euro and processed every game smoothly (even Minecraft with 15-20 mods and Gta 5 with mods too).

So someone can recommend me any laptop with very good performance.

With:

slim design u. Thin screen edge
Good performance for gambling (Rainbow Six wins, Gta5 & Bald 6, Minecraft, Dayz, …)
and in the price so 700-800 euro

Dell XPS Series focuses on thin design and good performance.

I'm a little confused now what a laptop now. Apparently you have one for the work, which is only used for it.

So for 4K you have your price limit to well min. Extend 1000 euro more.

Your requirements are absurd. Proper 4k gaming on a laptop starts at about 2000 euro.

Yes, but the hardware is not really much, unless you want to at least 1000 euro.

But unfortunately it is too expensive. Even the smallest XPS 13 with i5 costs 1000 euro.

That's why I asked the question to see what I can expect from my budget.

Should I gamble on my work laptop owned by my company?

This is a working laptop (not a private use).

But for private purposes, I would like to get one again.

Sry, I should have mistaken myself. You have one that is only used for work and this is also mobile, why do you need a laptop if you want to see so just wanted to gamble here, maybe a desktop PC would not make more sense?
