I only have 20-30 fps in Minecraft. I have the 1050 ti and a -8300 eight core processor. I've heard from my friends that this isn't supposed to be that good. However, I was able to play at 60-80 fps for about a month. Why is that and how can I improve my equipment as cheaply as possible?

What should i improve? The processor first, or the graphics card first? Should be price-performance-technically above all good. It would be used almost exclusively for mineraft.

This is a rotten PC, certainly from Lidl. The only thing that helps is scrapping and picking up something new and trendy.
Well in general the processor is just garbage.
Minecraft = very CPU heavy
I myself have an i5 7500 and a 1050TI 300-600fps in Minecraft.
So that you usually only have 60-80fps is clearly due to the old AMD processor
Why you get such hard frame drops now is hard to say.
Bad programs in the background? Bad cooling? Temperatures ok? Dust? Wrong ingame settings? Drivers all up to date? Virus?

Minecraft is a game that can be optimized quite well. If you only play Vanilla or don't need clients like Labymod or BAC, you could install the Mod Sodium (Fabric mod, not Forge). This mod has quadrupled the FPS of some people. If it absolutely has to be Forge, then the usual Optifine. But you probably already have it anyway.
I would first look for a bug before you look for new hardware. As long as the old part doesn't cause you any problems.
The thing is, new CPU means for you a new mainboard, new RAM, probably a new power supply, and if you still have an HDD you should get an SSD anyway.
Zack the only thing you have left is the 1050TI, which is easily enough for Minecraft as you can see with me. For others, don't really play. XD

What should you spend on a good processor etc? And what should I buy myself?
See if you can improve something in the graphics settings. They consume a lot of FPS.
It's easier to ask what is the maximum you want to spend on a processor
consider that the rest of the new PC also costs money
