Minecraft fps dips from 60 to 30fps why?

I play Minecraft with texture pack 64x resolution in addition to shader pack I've mostly permanently 60fps but it always come back against dips on 30fps my hardware

Ryzen 7 2700X

Vega 56 8GB Asus Rog Strix

16gb ddr4 corsair

Power supply 700W

Mainboard Asus Rog Strix B450 E Gaming

No matter what I set it always comes against burglaries of the fps use Java 64Bit

You count almost every component apart from the Graka, which plays the biggest role here.

Joa that should be enough.

For half a week I have my new PC with a GeForce rtx-2070 Super and so I can play a texture pack with 256x resolution and a shader with the highest resolution loose with 120 fps.

So I think it must be something else.

I think it's probably because there's too little RAM allocated, because Minecraft is the well-known RAM-Eater game.

So I have allocated 8GB of RAM and it all works perfectly.

So I would recommend if you play with texture pack and shaderpacks at least 6GB of RAM to allocate.
