Minecraft with shader only 30Fps despite good PC?

I'm playing with friends on a server together on version 1.13.2. I have about 200fps with the sphax 256px texture pack and 20 chunks. But as soon as I put a shader in, I only get 30fps. I'm using the Chucapics 13 (that's about the same name) in version 6 and 7.1 on Ultra. I have already assigned 6gb of RAM. The game is running on my SSD. I'll take it to my other hard drive again

pc:

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600

GPU: RX 580 8gb ReDevil

Motherboard: Asus Prime B350m-a

Hard disk: 2tb Seagate Barracuda

SSD: 128gb Intenso

PSU: 730 watts Xilence

Minecraft tweaking there are options from -a to -maxram are -z
I recommend a current 64 bit Java version and if it is then maybe the preversion.
Current 1.8.191
before 1.8.181

Just an idea.

Ja

256 pack and shader is a bit heavy. Even my gtx 1080 comes with a good shader often under 60 FPS… Even without texture pack. If you have a constant 30 maybe synonymous v sync out, then may not look so liquid, but you may have a few more FPS, because v sync like that limited so that it somehow fits into the refresh rate of the monitor. A free sync monitor might not be bad.

I would install MSI Afterburner and see what is limited.

I've heard that Minecraft needs a high single-core performance and a lot of RAM. And graphics-heavy 256px are synonymous yes.

So my server works great with 64 bit Java 1.8.121 → Spygot 1.13.2
