Minecraft Lags?

G. TAB keep flashing the tab list the whole time or whoever I run and sprint I sometimes don't sprint even though I keep it I also made a video below

I guess that's because of your keyboard, there will be dust or dirt under the keys on the contacts. Just see how you can clean it
