So I have the following problem. I stream quite often and with games like Minecraft or Subnautica frames are often left out I don't think it's the internet because I have an upload speed of around. I have 23 mbs and a download speed of 50 mbs. I stream at a bit rate of 6000 kbs. I'm streaming with the Hardware (NVENC) (new) encoder. Since my graphics card is often used to 100%, I have the question of whether I should work better with the software encoder.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x (boxed)
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070
Mainboard: ROG STRIX B550 f gaming (wi-fi)
RAM: 32 GB
Have you set all the other settings correctly?
The 3700x is actually good for streaming, if not better here. It depends, you can try out how it then behaves
