Why is Minecraft lying when I have OBS open?

In Minecraft (more precisely Badlionclient) I have the latest when I have OBS open only 20-30 FPS (constant) but when I then hide the game recording right back to the 200 FPS! But why? Oh yes and it is extremely annoying! And so it is with Streamlabs OBS!
