Re-spawn in Minecraft?

I've had Minecraft on my PC since last night and I somehow fell into a cave that I can't get out of!

Can I somehow restart Minecraft to get out of there?!

I don't have any tools or blocks to get out of there either.

You can just delete the map and restart it from scratch. But then everything that you have achieved so far is gone. Or you activate game mode 1 and get kicked out, but that doesn't work for me either.

So, look for earth to build yourself up, if you don't have anything yet, you can also let monsters kill you or jump into lava, unfortunately you can't starve to death. Entering / kill in the chat is of course also possible.

Press ESC, then "Open in LAN" and select "Activate cheats".

If you've activated cheats from the start, you can skip this step.

Press T to open chat and try / gamemode 1 or / gamemode creative, depending on which version you're playing.

Then you are in creative mode and can fly out of the cave.

To exit this, enter / gamemode 0 or / gamemode survival in the chat.

That's right, but there's no other way out there if she doesn't want to lose everything…

Either you can build yourself up by hand when you have enough food. Or you kill yourself - ideally with fall damage - memorize the coordinates and then build yourself down. As long as the chunk is not loaded, nothing despawns.

Edit: Using your hand is not recommended if you have just formed 12 slides at height.
