I wanted to build an adventure map in Minecraft 1.14.4 and make some items that can only mine certain blocks. Unfortunately, the commands from the 1.8 or .19 do not work. Which commands do I have to enter?

In case of doubt I recommend command generators for such things. Of course, you have to make sure that you choose the right version, but that should not be hard.
