And in Lasting Game GTA V from 90 to 103
And in Minecraft up to 90 degrees normal

I would recommend you get a new cooler. They are cheap. So 30-50 euro.
So 90-103 ° C is definitely too much. I would lure the frames, or generally put more load on the graphics card.
How is that more difficult on Graka
The boxed coolers from Intel are unusable. Unfortunately, this is normal. A simple Pure Rock 2 from Be Quiet or an Artic eSports should be enough.

And the CPU
The frames curl. For example at 60fps.
Remove the CPU cooler and clean it, also from below, then on again. The temperatures are dangerous (over 100 degrees!).
I wouldn't say useless now… Mine keeps my i7 at GTA 5 to max. 60 ° C
Everything fits below 85 ° C. But 100 ° C is definitely too much! We need a new CPU cooler and possibly a better airflow.
