Raspberry Pi - Why do I have a package installation error?

On my raspberry pie the idea starts up again on the newest version. When I try to install a package, I get the error message: "No package could be found, this is allowed to complete this process."

I have no idea why that is and I just wanted to download Google Chrome. Also with all other packages like discord Minecraft or no matter what comes that too.

Do you possibly lack the necessary rights? Try to execute the command with this letter in front of it: sudo "command"
