You could buy a GTX 1070 8GB. It should cost around 200-250 euro. I can't recommend it and would add a few more hunnis.
Might have a chance with a used RTX graphics card.
For proper mods in MC you already need ray tracing, which is only possible with the new RTX cards, but the new ones are clearly over your budget.
You just have to be extremely lucky or you have to look at eBay ads from people who sell their used tower and there's an RTX in there.
