Item Frame Invisible?

I have a question and I would like to know how to make Item Frames in Minecraft invisible.

I play in version 1.14 of Java Edition

This is currently only possible with a texture pack, you can assign an effect to a player through a block, but unfortunately also not and a problem that I remember - maybe it was already changed - is that the texture of the frame is that of birch wood and if you do not want to make that invisible, you can only change the area of the frame.
