I would like to set that my teammate can't operate levers and buttons in Minecraft, does anyone know how I can set that (command or trick)?
Perhaps this can be done via an additional (redstone) circuit that runs via a CommandBlock, which only forwards the signal when you have pressed the lever.

Yes you can, (just know how to do it in pocket editon, cellphone, ps4, xbox, swicht) if there are people in your world who also belong to you, you can go to the pause menu, and on the left there are crowns or other symbols.
Then you go to the player, so press it, and then you can decide what they are allowed and what they are not allowed to do.

So with all platforms (except Pc) you can give the player different rights. I think you can give him such a rank that he can't do anything. A command block on the PC could help
