Hi

I fished a completely broken line with my line (with luck of the sea III) with a normal line. How can I fix this Enchanted Angel again?

If you want the enchantment to stay on, you have to combine / repair the rod on an anvil with another rod

Does the other Angel have to be enchanted? Or is a normal one enough?

A normal one is enough

You have to combine them on an anvil with another fishing rod.
