For around 800 euro you can currently get an RTX 3070, but it has an RRP of 599 euro. So price-performance technically not worth it. If you can wait, then wait until the price drops, or you can get yourself an RTX 2070 (great). But why so many connections. Several monitors can be connected to a DP.
For more than 4 monitors you need a Matrox. The current cards. At least with Nvidia, you are limited to 4 monitors simultaneously. At AMD n / a but think similar. Usually only 1 hdmi and 2-4 display ports are installed. Even with 2000 euro cards
