What do I have to swap that I get against more FPS in the game.

My PC friend said I just need a new graphics card, I have the GTX160 in there and he said I need the RTX3060 at least, then everything would have to work again.

My work colleague said I just need a new SSD because of nothing else, I know nothing about PCs, I can only listen to what others tell me.

But what does an SSD have to do with FPS, I need a new graphics card, the graphics card is the most affected or not?

What do I have to exchange that I get more FPS with graphic mods, in Minecraft I have 600 FPS as standard, but if I insert a graphic mod then I get 30 FPS.

What would I have to swap to fix it?

It's Minecraft… It doesn't even run over 60 FPS with my 3080 (with shader)

Cpu is the 10900k

Minecraft is a very processor-heavy game that makes little use of the graphics card. If you don't have a shader inside, you don't have to change the graphics card. I recommend a better processor to you. An ssd can affect the fps because it has faster access times than an hdd and can therefore load the game faster. If you want to play games other than Minecraft, however, you will need a new graphics card. Otherwise just a new processor

You don't need an RTX 3060 to get to 60 FPS in FullHD.

Minecraft with graphics mods is exaggerated and even brings the best graphics card to its knees.

Which CPU?

wa

The SSD does not affect the FPS, only the loading time

I have n ryzen 7 3700x and ne 2080 super and have 800-1000 fps with 20 chunks of visibility without shader

Wa

There's no GTX160.

And what do you need 600FPS for? No display can show that many frames per second - only 60 or 144.

Af

And the access times are faster, so the data can be accessed more quickly, which makes the game overall faster in loading times and prevents the game from having to reload in the middle

St

Funny isn't it? A block game where each block has 16x16x16 pixels.

Cr

Without a shader I have between 400 - 1200 FPS Klopp, then I put in a shader and that's it with the great FPS.

Bo

Correct. This affects lags and not FPS.

Well, the new Asus monitors can also display 360 frames / second, otherwise 165Hz and 240Hz monitors are also quite common.

Em

The CPU mainly takes care of the fps and gives the graphics card the material it needs.
Maybe you have a bottleneck or your devices are too hot.
(If Fps Drops times check the temperature because the components run down with their performance when it gets too hot).
Also, I think you mean the Gtx 1660 and that's enough for most games…

It would be best if you tell us your processor name.

Wa

I know that.

I've only mentioned the refresh rates that are most common.

If the questioner had a display with higher values, he would have mentioned that.

No the GTX1060 not 1660

AMD Ryzen 5 1600X WOF

Just wanted to mention it because it sounded like "the two exist".
